Google Chrome may let attackers run code from a web page
published 4 months ago
Summary
Older versions of Google Chrome can be tricked by a specially made web page to run malicious code on your computer, even though Chrome tries to keep such code in a sandbox. This could let an attacker take control of the affected system. Update Chrome to the latest version as soon as possible to close this risk.
What to do
- Update echo chromium to version 149.0.7827.196-1~deb13u1.
