ImageMagick can exhaust memory on crafted TXT files

Summary
Versions of ImageMagick before 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 may use up memory when they read specially made TXT files that include texture information. This can cause the program to slow down or stop working. Update ImageMagick to the latest version to prevent the problem.
