Google Chrome <147 can let a malicious page escape isolation
published 6 months ago
Summary
Versions of Google Chrome released before 147.0.7727.138 may let a specially crafted webpage break the browser's built-in barrier that keeps sites separate. This could let an attacker who already controls part of the browser access data from other sites. Updating Chrome to the latest version fixes the issue.
What to do
- Update echo chromium to version 147.0.7727.137-1~deb12u1.
