CVE-2026-93637: Zimbra Collaboration Suite allows unlimited password guessing

CVE-2026-93637 · published 4 days ago
Summary

Versions 10.1.0 through 10.1.21 of Zimbra Collaboration Suite let an unauthenticated attacker submit many password attempts without triggering the usual lock‑out counter. This means brute‑force attacks can continue unchecked, increasing the chance of a compromised account. Apply the vendor’s latest update or patch and enable stronger password policies to mitigate the risk.

What to do

The CVE record does not list a fixed version. Check the vendor's site or the advisory links below - a fix may already be released.

An authentication rate-limit bypass in Zimbra Collaboration Suite 10.1.0 through 10.1.21 allows unauthenticated attackers to make repeated password guesses through GraphQL without incrementing Zimbra’s source-IP failure counter.
