CVE-2026-87785: Apache Syncope lets attackers forge login tokens
CVE-2026-87785 · published 11 days ago
Summary
If the system’s token settings are exposed, a malicious user can create a fake token that looks like it belongs to another employee, letting them act with that person’s privileges after they log in. This affects Apache Syncope versions from 3.0.0‑M0 up to 4.1.2. Upgrade to Apache Syncope 4.0.8 or 4.1.3 to close the gap.
