Summary

The Oracle Internet Directory component of Oracle Fusion Middleware (versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0) lets a user with low privileges who can reach it over the network gain full control of the directory service. This could let attackers read, change, or delete sensitive information and affect other connected applications. Apply the vendor’s security update or restrict network access to the LDAP service until the patch is installed.
