CVE-2026-57967: Apache Artemis and ActiveMQ Artemis let attacker hijack sessions

CVE-2026-57967 · published 15 days ago
Summary

Versions of Apache Artemis (2.50.0‑2.56.0) and ActiveMQ Artemis (1.0.0‑2.44.0) can be tricked into letting someone take over an existing user session without logging in. This would let the attacker act as the legitimate user and access any data or actions that user is allowed to. Upgrade the software to the latest release (2.57.0 or newer) to close the gap.
