CVE-2026-108915: Edimax BR-6208AC remote buffer overflow risk
CVE-2026-108915 · published 6 days ago
Summary
The Edimax BR-6208AC router can be tricked into overflowing memory when it processes a specially crafted request to its formWlanMP page. An attacker on the network could cause the device to crash or potentially take control of it. Because the product is no longer supported, the safest steps are to replace the router, limit its exposure to untrusted networks, and consider segmenting it from critical systems.
