CVE-2025-31079: Usermaven may let attackers act as logged‑in users
CVE-2025-31079 · published 1 year ago
Summary
Usermaven versions up to 1.2.1 do not properly confirm that requests come from the genuine user, so a malicious web page could cause the application to perform unwanted actions on the user’s behalf. This could lead to unauthorized changes or data access. Update to a newer version that fixes the problem or add proper request verification to block such tricks.
