CVE-2025-23811: WP2APP may let attackers run code in users' browsers
CVE-2025-23811 · published 1 year ago
Summary
The WP2APP tool does not properly clean data that appears on web pages, so a malicious person could insert hidden scripts that run in a visitor’s browser. This could let them steal information or perform actions on behalf of the visitor. Update WP2APP to a version newer than 2.6.2 or apply the vendor’s patch and ensure input is filtered before display.
