CVE-2022-34526 · published 4 years ago
Summary

The tiffsplit and tiffcrop programs that rely on the libtiff library can stop working if they open a specially crafted TIFF image. This could cause a denial of service on systems such as Fedora, Debian, and NetApp products that include libtiff. Apply the latest libtiff updates or avoid opening untrusted TIFF files to prevent the issue.
