CVE-2021-39894: GitLab can be tricked into contacting internal servers
CVE-2021-39894 · published 5 years ago
Summary
All supported GitLab Community and Enterprise editions let an attacker use the Fogbugz import feature to make the GitLab server send requests to other machines on your network. This could let them gather information or interact with internal services you didn't intend to expose. Update GitLab to the latest release or apply the provided patch to stop the unwanted requests.
