CVE-2018-13745: STCToken contract lets owner change anyone’s balance arbitrarily
CVE-2018-13745 · published 8 years ago
Summary
The STCToken smart contract on Ethereum has a coding mistake that lets the contract owner set any user’s token balance to any amount. This could be used to give or take tokens unfairly, affecting trust and value. The owner should update the contract code to fix the calculation error and redeploy the corrected version.
