CVE-2018-13523: SmartPayment token lets owner set any user balance
CVE-2018-13523 · published 8 years ago
Summary
The SmartPayment token's minting function contains a calculation error that permits the contract owner to assign any amount of tokens to any user. This could let the owner inflate balances and disrupt the token's value. Update the contract code to prevent this overflow, redeploy the corrected version, and limit owner privileges.
