Summary

The firmware for Qualcomm Snapdragon modules (MDM9206, MDM9607, SD210, SD212, and SD205) can encounter a timing conflict when handling MQTT messages, which may cause memory to be accessed incorrectly. This can lead to device crashes or, in rare cases, allow malicious code to run. Update the firmware to the latest version from Qualcomm as soon as it is available, or apply any vendor‑provided mitigations.
