CVE-2017-15011 · published 9 years ago
Summary
The qtsingleapp component in Qt 5, which is used by programs such as qBittorrent and SugarSync, is set up to allow remote connections. An attacker who can send a specially crafted message can make the affected application stop working by causing it to crash. Updating to the latest Qt release that corrects the pipe configuration removes the risk.
