CVE-2016-3867 · published 10 years ago
Summary

Devices running Android on the Nexus 5X or Nexus 6P before the September 2016 update contain a driver flaw that lets a specially crafted app obtain higher system privileges. This could let an attacker run code with more authority than intended, potentially exposing data or control of the device. Update the devices to the latest Android version released after September 5 2016 to remove the problem.
