CVE-2015-6843: EMC SourceOne Email Supervisor allows password guessing
CVE-2015-6843 · published 11 years ago
Summary
The Email Supervisor component of EMC SourceOne versions before 7.2 does not limit how many times someone can try to log in. This means an attacker could repeatedly try passwords until they succeed, potentially gaining unauthorized access. Update to version 7.2 or later, or apply any available patches, and enforce strong passwords and account lockout policies.
