CVE-2015-4357: Drupal Webform module lets logged-in users add malicious scripts

CVE-2015-4357 · published 11 years ago
Summary

The Webform add‑on for Drupal versions before 6.x-3.22, 7.x-3.22 and 7.x-4.4 can be tricked by a signed‑in user with certain rights to place their own code into the form title. That code runs in the browsers of anyone who views the form, potentially stealing data or hijacking sessions. Update the Webform module to the latest release or restrict the permissions that allow users to edit form titles.
