CVE-2015-1908: IBM WebSphere Portal lets attackers insert malicious script via URL

CVE-2015-1908 · published 11 years ago
Summary

Some older versions of IBM WebSphere Portal can be fooled by a specially crafted web address to run unwanted code in a visitor’s browser. This could allow an attacker to view or change information a user sees. Apply the latest security update from IBM or, if you cannot upgrade immediately, limit external access to the portal and use a web filter to block suspicious URLs.
