CVE-2014-7348 · published 12 years ago
Summary

The Hot Cars version 3.0 app for Android does not check the authenticity of SSL certificates when it connects to servers. This flaw lets a person on the same network pretend to be a legitimate server and capture any personal information the app sends, such as login details. Update the app to a version that correctly validates certificates or stop using the app until a fix is applied.
