CVE-2014-6787: Counter Intuition Android app can expose user data

CVE-2014-6787 · published 12 years ago
Summary

The Counter Intuition app version 1.2 on Android does not check the authenticity of the security certificates it receives from web servers. This means someone on the same network could pretend to be the legitimate server and capture information entered in the app. Update the app or apply a security patch as soon as it is available, and consider using a VPN or other network protection until then.
