CVE-2012-6693: Centricity PACS Server default passwords for user accounts

CVE-2012-6693 · published 11 years ago
Summary

The Centricity PACS 4.0 Server ships with the usernames nasro and nasrw already set to the passwords "nasro" and "nasrw". Because these credentials are well known, anyone with network access could log in as a read‑only or read/write user and view or change medical images. Change the passwords to strong, unique values and restrict network access to the server as soon as possible.
