CVE-2011-4583: Moodle shows web service tokens to unauthorized users
CVE-2011-4583 · published 14 years ago
Summary
Older Moodle versions (2.0 before 2.0.6 and 2.1 before 2.1.3) reveal the secret tokens used for web services, even for services that have been turned off or users who no longer have rights. This lets someone who can log in see those tokens and potentially misuse them. Update Moodle to the latest release to stop the tokens from being exposed.
