CVE-2011-1312: IBM WebSphere admin console lets admin ID be changed
CVE-2011-1312 · published 15 years ago
Summary
In older versions of IBM WebSphere Application Server, the web‑based admin console does not stop an authenticated administrator from changing the primary admin user ID. This means a privileged user could give themselves or another user full admin rights, bypassing the intended access controls. Upgrade to the latest fix level or apply the vendor's recommended patch to close the gap.
