CVE-2009-1696: Safari before version 4 may let sites track users

CVE-2009-1696 · published 17 years ago
Summary

Older Safari browsers (versions before 4) generate random numbers that are easy to guess. This lets a website identify and follow a visitor’s actions while they browse. Updating to a newer version of Safari removes the risk.
