CVE-2008-6853 · published 17 years ago
Summary

The poll feature in AIST NetCat versions 3.0 and 3.12 can be tricked into executing unauthorized database commands when a specially crafted PollID value is sent. This could allow a remote attacker to view, change, or delete the site’s data. Apply the vendor's security update or restrict access to the poll module and validate all input to stop the problem.
