CVE-2007-1925: Tru-Zone Nuke ET 3.4 lets attackers delete other users’ accounts

CVE-2007-1925 · published 19 years ago
Summary

The account‑deletion feature in the Your_Account part of Tru-Zone Nuke ET 3.4 does not check that the request comes from the account’s owner. As a result, a logged‑in user who alters their browser cookie can remove any user’s account without permission. Apply the vendor’s update (fix 7) or upgrade to a newer version, and monitor logs for unexpected deletions.
