The Remote Play function in PlayStation 3 (software version 1.60) and PlayStation Portable (software version 3.10 OE-A) can be overwhelmed by a flood of network packets, causing the service to stop working. This makes remote gaming sessions unavailable until the device is restarted. Updating to the latest system software or disabling Remote Play until a fix is applied will prevent the interruption.
