CVE-2006-7244 · published 15 years ago
Summary

The libpng library versions before 1.2.15beta3 may run out of memory or stop working when it processes a specially crafted JPEG image that contains a malformed color profile. This can cause the application using libpng to become unresponsive or shut down. Update libpng to a newer version or apply the vendor's patch to prevent the issue.
