CVE-2006-6972: Btitracker lets attackers run database commands

CVE-2006-6972 · published 19 years ago
Summary

The Btitracker software (versions 1.3.2 and earlier) does not properly check data it receives, so a remote attacker could send specially crafted requests and cause the system to run unwanted database commands. This could let an attacker view, change, or delete information stored by the tracker. Apply any available updates from the vendor or restrict access to the affected page until it is patched.
