CVE-2006-0091: Open-Xchange webmail can run malicious code from email

CVE-2006-0091 · published 20 years ago
Summary

The webmail feature of Open-Xchange versions up to 0.8.1-6 can display email attachments directly in the browser. If the "Inline HTML" option is turned on, an attacker could embed harmful scripts or HTML that run when the email is opened, potentially stealing data or hijacking the session. Disable the Inline HTML setting or update to a newer version to stop this risk.
