CVE-2005-0445: Open WebMail 2.x lets attackers run code on login
CVE-2005-0445 · published 21 years ago
Summary
The login page of Open WebMail 2.x accepts a domain name value that can be tricked into accepting any HTML or script. An attacker could insert malicious code that runs in a user’s browser, potentially stealing information or performing actions as that user. Update to a version that validates this field or add a web‑application firewall rule to block script content in the domain parameter.
