CVE-2003-1472 · published 22 years ago
Summary
The 3d-ftp client version 4.0 can be forced to stop working or possibly run unwanted code when it receives an overly long banner from a remote FTP server. This happens because the program does not correctly limit the size of data it processes. Apply any available updates from the vendor, or limit the client to trusted FTP servers until a fix is released.
