CVE-2001-0369 · published 25 years ago
Summary
The lpsched printing service in DGUX versions R4.20MU06 and MU02 can be tricked with an excessively long printer name, causing a memory error that gives the attacker full system privileges. This means a user with local access could take control of the entire server. Install the vendor’s security update or upgrade to a patched version as soon as possible.
